Margaret River Experience 2012

2012 Margaret River Overview

9th May - 13th May 2012

Proudly sponsored by Parkland Winnebago

For five magical days, experience the fun and adventure as we explore this remote and spectacular corner of Western Australia. The Margaret River Wine Region is truly one of the great holiday destinations of the world. Blessed with a perfect Mediterranean maritime climate, the four seasons are gently defined in the soulful corner of Western Australia.

There's perhaps no better destination in Australia to kick back and unwind surrounded by nature, beautiful vineyards and a glorious coastline, including some of WA's best surf and beaches. With so much to do and see, this gorgeous area caters for all.

We meet at the famous Busselton Jetty, the longest in the Southern Hemisphere, where we will join for a delicious catered lunch before catching the jetty train out to the underwater observatory. That night we will stay in one of the region’s most picturesque wineries, camped amongst the vineyards, it doesn’t get much better!

Stay in the secluded Contos Campground in the Leeuwin National Park, surrounded by the pristine coastline and nature at your doorstep. Take a chartered tour of the Jewel Cave and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse including a catered lunch and afternoon tea. We will stay in the heart of the Margaret River region where an exciting day awaits, visiting the local farmers markets, tour of several wineries and breweries, a catered wild foods lunch and over 20 tastings including the local chocolate and cheese factory.
